 I wanted to let you now how very grateful I am for the genuine concern and caring which you extended to my mother in mid February.  She had been extremely anxious about my father's health for at least 3 or 4 months prior to our visit to your office and her experience there could have been traumatic.  Because each of you took the time to explain the situation and procedures and , most important, took the time to listen to her worries, she was able to begin to relax in the chair-and stay relaxed for the 2 hours.  Something which she had not been able to do for a long time.  With many thanks.
