In my time filming with various ex-SpaceX engineers, I've heard a variety of funny stories around the cultural importance of aphorisms — maxims that have meaning and stick well to the minds of others because they rhyme, often sounding inappropriate in nature. E.g., a famous SpaceX one I've heard referring to the quality of fit-checks, "If it's tight it's right." This has set me off on a personal quest to find as many maxims that I believe are important in "[building hard things, impossible things.](Planet)"
